Keyyo is a VoIP operator addressing SMEs, call boutiques, and ethnic markets. The company’s offerings are fully predicated upon its proprietary voice-over-IP technology.
A pioneer in using the Internet as a communications medium, the company commercialized its first product in 1995. Then operating under the name of Phone Systems & Network, the company was floated on the Paris Stock Exchange in 1996, and was acquired a year later by a US based telecom conglomerate which later faltered, paving the way for a successful PIPE transaction and turnaround led by Truffle Capital in 2006. The company was renamed Keyyo in 2009. In May 2010, Keyyo went public on the Paris Alternext exchange of NYSE-Euronext.
